No! Our fabrics are tested for durability. Just follow the care label instructions and your pieces will last long.

Q2: Can I exchange a product if it's damaged or defective?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, but only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please email us along with an unboxing video or clear photographs of the issue.

Q3: I placed an order, but I want to change the payment method. Can I get a refund?

Yes! If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing it to request a refund due to a payment mode change.

Q4: Are the colours exactly as shown in the pictures?

We try our best to match colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen brightness and lighting during shoots.

Q5: How long will it take to get the replacement product?

Please allow us 7 days to dispatch your replacement after we’ve received and inspected the returned product.

Q6: Can I cancel my order and get a refund after it has shipped?

Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or process a refund.
